“[We have] had a long standing relationship with AccuNet. AccuNet did a great job of planning the upgrade and working collaboratively with both the information services department on the technical side as well working with the finance staff on the transition. [We] had very few issues during the upgrade process and AccuNet was right there to support us quickly and effectively. Based on our experiences I would recommend AccuNet for customers that are looking to either install new financial systems or upgrade their current set up.”

“Several years ago we switched over to AccuNet as our Microsoft Dynamics SL partner. Since that time we have used AccuNet to develop and maintain custom EDI functionality, source and maintain 3rd party add-ins, and provide end user support. As an IT manager I am always nervous when we have to customize software, but AccuNet has given us excellent support and helped us through each Dynamics upgrade without major issues. Their Help Desk is knowledgeable, friendly, and manage to keep our unique setup in mind as they help us resolve issues. I would highly recommend AccuNet as a partner!”

“As the controller for a non-profit I have had several partners to support our ERP system over the years. It is important to us to have one that is reliable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to support issues. AccuNet is the partner I chose and kept because they have the best customer service. When we have upgrade, customizations, or program enhancements projects they do a great job scoping the project and are 99% on time and budget. The support staff are also great to work with getting back to me with in the same day most of the time and usually within a few minutes or hours. I highly recommend AccuNet as your partner for Dynamics SL.”
