1Our first step with prospective new clients is to have at least one free on-site IT and Security Checkup to start putting faces to AccuNet where we review what you currently have, what your current pain points are, and what your vision for your business is.
2Once we have built out a complete proposal for you, we follow up to discuss everything. Our model is as flexible and a la carte as possible. We understand no two companies are the same and will have different needs, so we can adjust our services and offerings to fit those needs, adding and taking away to fully customize the solution to your needs, budgets, industry compliance requirements, and more.
3When you decide to bring us onboard, we make the transition as seamless and painless as possible. If you are moving from another IT managed service provider, we collaborate with them to gather as much information as we can to avoid disrupting your staff. If we’re your first managed service provider and there are extensive onboarding projects to get you to a solid starting point, we map those out to avoid overwhelming you and keep your business running smoothly while changes and enhancements are made.
4After you start working with us, you’ll start to appreciate our philosophy toward our clients. We’re a small local business in Westerville, Ohio and our passion is serving other small to mid-size local businesses. Most of what we do can be performed remotely but in the event we need to come on-site we like to be able to be at your location within one hour or less. We also work with clients much further away and some that only use us for remote support. We’re flexible in that regard and want to be able to support our clients how they want to be supported.
